Ceasar Anquillare is the executive and founding partner of the firm, created in 1952. Mr. Anquillare is the recipient of statewide professional service awards and has served on many local, state and national professional committees. He has lectured statewide and nationally before special interest groups. Mr. Anquillare is a liaison between various industry groups with the local business community. He assists emerging growth companies in the development of business plans as well as aiding entrepreneurial clients in the promotion of new business ventures. Recently, Mr. Anquillare was the first recipient of the ‘Distinguished Service Award’ from the Connecticut Association of Health Care Facilities and the recipient of the ‘Distinguished Service award’ from the American College of Nursing Home Administrators

Ceasar is a graduate of Bentley College and pursued graduate work in accounting and finance at New York University School of commerce. He is a member of the Connecticut society of CPAs, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Connecticut Minority Counsel, and is on the Board of Directors for the West Haven Chamber of Commerce.
