Russell W. Olver, Jr. has been with Anquillare, Ruocco, Traester and Company since 2001, previously he worked in the Hartford office of Ernst & Young as a senior manager. Russell was with Ernst & Young for a total of 21 years, spending his last 12 years as a senior manager working specifically with long-term care Medicaid audits. While at Ernst & young, Mr. Olver had worked exclusively on the State of Connecticut Department of Social Services Long-Term Care Medicaid field audit contract. He became the Field Audit Project manager in 1990.

Russell earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Central Connecticut State University and obtained his Master’s degree in Accounting from the University of Rhode Island. He has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1982 and is currently a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Connecticut Society of CPAs, and the Association for Long-Term Care Financial Managers.
