Vincent Ruocco is a partner with
the firm. Among other things, his expertise extends to
accounting and auditing, tax planning and compliance,
strategic planning, business acquisitions, legislative and
regulatory policy development, government cost reporting, as
well as compensation and benefit plans.
His has
served a large client base including but not limited to
adult daycare providers, art museums, assisted living
facilities, charitable foundations, child daycare providers,
continuing care retirement communities, general contractors,
homecare providers, hospitals, manufacturers,
municipalities, nursing facilities, pharmacies, residential
care homes, real estate developers, residential trailer
parks, schools, and many tax exempt organizations.
Mr.
Ruocco has been a special advisor and consultant to various
business associations and groups. He has also written
numerous articles covering a wide array of business and tax
topics.
A
graduate of the University of New Haven, Vincent is a
frequent lecturer to various organizations and has served as
an instructor in courses offered by Quinnipiac University
and the University of Connecticut. Additionally, he is a
member of the American Institute of Certified Public
Accountants (AICPA), the Connecticut Society of CPAs, and
the Association for Long Term Care Financial Managers. He
is also the reimbursement consultant to the Connecticut
Association of Health Care Facilities.
Mr.
Ruocco is licensed to practice in the states of Connecticut,
New York, and Florida.
