James E. Traester is a partner in the firm.  He is a graduate of Providence College, RI with a double major in accounting and business administration and holds a master's degree in accounting and taxation from Quinnipiac University.  He specializes in auditing, management services and third party reimbursement regulations.  He is a Certified Public Accountant in the states of Connecticut, Massachusetts and New Hampshire.  Mr. Traester specializes in auditing, management services, and third-party reimbursement regulations.  Mr. Traester is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Connecticut Society of Certified Public Accountants and has served on its Technical Committee on Accounting Principles and Auditing Standards for many years.  He has served as an adjunct faculty member at Southern Connecticut State University, is a frequent lecturer and has served as an expert witness and consultant to various organizations and regulatory agencies.  He is also a consultant to the Connecticut Association of Non-Profits, Inc. and is active in local civic organizations.
