Salaries
Starting
salaries are determined individually and are based on
education, achievements, experience, and other pertinent
factors. Compensation adjustments are based on periodic
performance evaluation of each staff member. Bonuses are paid
to those who have made an outstanding contribution to the
success of the firm. If you generate a new client, increase
profitable services to existing clients, or develop procedures
that increase the firm's operating efficiency, you deserve and
can expect to receive a bonus.
Paid time off
The
firm provides ten paid holidays per year. After
one year of service, full-time professional staff are
eligible for more than three weeks of paid time off.
Additional PTO is earned based upon length of
employment. Within certain limits unused time can be banked.
You will receive PTO for the CPA exam, including the two
days prior to the exam, upon successful completion of the
exam.
Health benefits
We offer an attractive medical insurance plan to our
full time employees of which the firm pays a portion of the
premiums. We also offer dental as well as life
and disability insurance to employees at group rates,
which are subsidized by the firm.
